Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit for a future appointment (one-time courtesy). No-shows will be charged the remaining balance plus the $50 cancellation fee and may be denied future bookings. PAYMENT POLICY Deposit Required: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment. Future Charges: Your payment method may also be used for fees (Travel fees, Cancellation fees or No-show fees) or additional services added after booking. Security & Privacy: Your payment information is securely stored and encrypted. We do not share your payment details with third parties except to process payments.
