At Top Stage Glam, we value your time and ours. Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your appointment..

Deposit/Retainer

All appointments require a non-refundable 30% deposit/retainer to secure your booking.

Deposits go towards the total cost of your service.
Deposits are non-transferable to another person.
Your card will be securely stored on file to process your deposit, remaining balance, and any applicable fees (including cancellations or no-shows) in accordance with this policy.

Travel Fee

A flat $25 travel fee applies for all appointments within DC, MD, and Northern VA.
For locations outside these areas, an additional $25 per 30 minutes of travel will be added to your final balance.

This ensures the full Top Stage Glam experience is delivered directly to you, wherever your event takes place.

Timing & Punctuality

I travel to your location to provide a seamless experience. Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time, as late arrivals may require adjustment to your service to keep your look flawless and on schedule.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit for a future appointment (one-time courtesy each appointment)
No-shows will be charged the remaining balance plus a $50 cancellation fee and may be denied future bookings.

Refund

No refunds will be issued for completed services.
If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will do our best to resolve the issue is a professional and fair manner.
Refunds are not given for dissatisfaction due to missed prep steps (e.g., unclean skin, late arrival, etc.).
